A few practical details so your arrival goes smoothly, without any waiting around.
Two days before your arrival, please send us an SMS or call us at +420 777 450 017 and specify your approximate arrival time. We do not have a reception; we will come to accommodate you at the agreed time — this way, you won't have to wait for the apartment to be prepared after previous guests.
If anything delays you on the way, please let us know (an SMS is sufficient) — so we don't wait for you unnecessarily.
Outside the summer season, usually between 2 PM and 4 PM, unless arranged otherwise by phone in advance. A later arrival, even in the evening, is of course possible by prior arrangement.
When there's free capacity (mostly outside summer), check-in from as early as 7 AM is possible — just contact us in advance to confirm.
By 10 AM, unless arranged otherwise in advance. A later departure can also be arranged.
When guests change over in the same apartment on the same day, we need more time to prepare it — during this period the apartment is usually ready to hand over around 5 PM. You're welcome to arrive earlier though: put your things in the fridge, leave your luggage, pick up the keys, and head out for a trip or relax on our outdoor terrace. We'll let you know as soon as the apartment is ready.
The sliding entrance gate is manual — just unlock it with the handle and slide it towards the pool. Please close it, also for your peace of mind and safety. The parking lot and outdoor areas are continuously monitored by a camera system, and the entire property is fenced and enclosed.
Bed linen, towels, and dishcloths are a matter of course. The same goes for dish soap, dishwasher tablets, liquid soap at the sink and in the shower, and toilet paper. You don't need to bring any of it.
Each apartment has a fridge with a freezer, a hob with an extractor fan, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a kettle, a toaster, and a capsule coffee machine. Capsules and a mini-bar with small items are available for a symbolic price; in the freezer, you'll also find frozen pizza from a local supplier.
Wi-Fi is free throughout the property — the password can be found in the folder on the table in the apartment, along with tips for trips and wellness instructions. Board games are on the first-floor hallway; please return them to their place.
Outside the winter season (approximately April to November, depending on the weather), there is a shared terrace with garden furniture, a parasol, and a fireplace with a grill. You'll find Russian skittles, soft tennis, petanque, darts, and table football here. For children, there's a swing, swing rings, a trampoline, a climbing frame with a slide, a sandpit with toys, and for the youngest, a bike, scooters, and balance bikes. In the front, there's an above-ground heated saltwater pool and sun loungers.
Unfortunately you cannot bring pets — they are not allowed in the apartments and we do not offer any pet surcharge.
Please change into indoor shoes in the apartments. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. For smokers, there's a designated outdoor area by the parking lot with ashtrays – please do not dispose of cigarette butts directly into plastic bins, as they could cause a fire.
Loud celebrations, birthday parties, or bachelor/bachelorette parties are not permitted on our premises. Out of consideration for other guests, we kindly ask for quiet in all indoor areas, especially on staircases and in hallways.
Please exercise caution when grilling and handling open flames. Kindly clean the grill after use and leave the ashes in the metal bucket on the tiles until completely cooled, which takes two to three days. Under no circumstances should ashes be placed in plastic bins – this once caused a house facade to catch fire.
Please keep common areas tidy after use. The house rules, as well as operational and safety instructions for the outdoor area and relaxation zone, can be found in the binder in your apartment.
